In this 18-week guided experience, you and your partner will work with a team of experts to identify 1–3 recurring challenges in your relationship and co-create lasting, personalized solutions using a behavioral change approach.
You’ll be supported by a psychologist who will help you understand how your personality traits shape your relationship patterns, a licensed therapist who will guide you through emotional blocks and communication struggles, and a certified health and wellness coach who will help you build healthy habits, set boundaries, and manage stress.
